Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale

  1. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded.The Management reserves the right to:
    1. Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
    2. Refuse the use of cameras or any form of audio or visual recording equipment on the premises.
    3. Request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measures to enforce such a request.
    4. Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event.
    5. Make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
    6. Cancel or abandon the performance/event even for a reason beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any compensation or damage whatsoever other than at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
  2. To avail of a 2-for-1 ticket offer, please ensure that tickets have been booked in multiples of 2 in order for this offer to apply. The 2-for-1 offer applies only to full price tickets.
  3. Senior citizens, the unemployed, customers with disabilities, Young Scot, MU and Equity card holders as well as all young people under the age of 16 and students in full time education are eligible for concession priced tickets for most shows at the Bedlam. If concession tickets have been booked, valid proof of concession for each ticket must be shown at Bedlam Theatre box office.
  4. Bedlam Theatre operates a "Babes in arms" policy. Babies and very young children aged 2 years or under are granted entry to a performance without a ticket, provided they are then seated in the lap of their accompanying adult and do not take up a seat for themselves.
